Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns- We accept returns on all unopened and unused products within 21 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging.

Non-Returnable Products- For health & safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Any item that is clearly marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale" are also ineligible for return. 

Return & Exchange Process- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Contact@NewWellWellness.com. You will need to provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. No Exchanges, you can receive a full refund on eligible products.
